Led the design of comprehensive Consumer and Commercial Banking Credit Policy & Procedure frameworks, aligned to Group Risk Principles and governance standards, ensuring consistency across regions and affiliates.

Delivered structured Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to build internal capability, including certification-based assessments and bilingual (English & French) training to enable effective knowledge cascade.

Continuing to support through ongoing advisory, focusing on policy alignment, framework evolution, and strengthening risk practices.
